Description The Tundra is a particular area of Apogee known for its cult-like mentality to high-powered spirits. Although some enchanted items have been known to aid in the summoning of specific spirits, sacrifice has never proven to aid the contract. The Tundra has become a stomping ground for these religious sacrifices. It is unknown just who these members are, but rumors have said that those who partake in the ceremony show up in head-to-toe winter gear, complete with mittens and hats. Although no one has ever stayed long enough to witness the murder, the victim is always found once a month. Each time the victim has been seen with a large puncture wound through the chest, sitting in a puddle of water. Due to the high population of Apogee, the members have to be caught and citizens have just learned to avoid that area of town. With the hot weather of California, the summoning of a high-powered spirit specializing in icy powers has been seen as nearly impossible, but it hasn’t dampened the spirits of its members yet.
